With a background in client relations and business management, she ensures each project is handled with clear communication, structure, and attention to detail from start to finish.
Chris Filho
Director of Operations | Co-Owner
Chris co-founded C.E. & Sons Construction LLC with over 15 years of experience in construction and home improvement. He has served as an Assistant Superintendent, managing job sites, coordinating schedules, supervising crews, and working directly with clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
As Director of Operations, Chris leads all fieldwork and project execution, bringing hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. He takes pride in delivering dependable results and ensuring every project is completed with precision and attention to detail.
Building his own company has always been a long-term goal, and today he brings that vision to life through every project.
